Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Multi-site Operations Manager to take the reins across multiple high-performing venues. Reporting to the COO and working as part of our Senior Leadership Team, this role is all about empowering people, elevating standards, and driving exceptional performance.

You'll be a trusted leader, hands-on operator, and commercial thinker who thrives on mentoring teams, making strategic decisions, and ensuring every guest experience is unforgettable.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple venues with a focus on service excellence, sales and profitability
  • Drive revenue forecasting and manage COGS and Labour costs to hit targets and stay ahead of market changes
  • Build a strong leadership team for each venue. Support your Management teams with recruitment of appropriately skilled staff for front of house whilst providing ongoing development and training.
  • Ensure smart rostering and staffing that align with business levels and budget
  • Maintain service standards, product consistency, and team training
  • Work closely with the Exec Chef and Group Bar Manager to create menus
  • Monitor performance and implement initiatives to grow sales and customer engagement
  • Drive compliance across WHS, hygiene, and operational best practice and duty of care.
  • Organise marketing activities such as promotional events and advertising in line with agreed budgets.
  • In conjunction with other Managers, foster and maintain good public relations and community engagement
  • Provide support to the Sales and Marketing team
  • Lead by example, drive a positive, accountable, high energy culture

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years in a similar multi-venue or senior operational role
  • Proven leadership experience in high-volume, premium hospitality environments
  • Strong commercial acumen and performance mindset
  • Confident decision-making and a calm, solutions-focused approach
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • RSA and RMLV (or ability to obtain)
  • Hospitality Diploma or relevant business qualifications (desirable)
