Are you a recent Business (Marketing) graduate with a passion for digital marketing and a customer-first mindset? We're looking for an enthusiastic, local candidate to join our fast-growing, purpose-led team on the Sunshine Coast

About the Role

This full-time role is a unique opportunity to step into a brand that's deeply committed to natural, low-tox skincare and genuine connection with our community. You'll work closely with our marketing team and founder to support our expansion into new markets, helping shape and share our story. From content to customer experience, you'll be involved in all the pieces that bring our brand to life.

Key Responsibilities


• Respond to customer queries via email and online social marketing channels with professionalism, empathy and care


• Help bring to life all aspects of events such as trade shows, pop-ups, product launches, customer events and content shoots


• Create, schedule and report on email marketing campaigns


• Assist in maintaining and improving the customer journey and experience


• Help manage customer databases and segmentation


• Support wider marketing efforts, including campaign tracking and insights


• Support and optimise Meta Ads and e-commerce performance

About You


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field


• Ability to work in the Sunshine Coast or willing to relocate


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Positive attitude and ability to multitask


• A passion for customer service and digital marketing


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with various softwares including but not limited to: Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads are a plus (not required, as we can train you).
