About the Role: Pharmacy Assistant

As a Pharmacy Assistant at Roma Pharmacy, you will work under the direct supervision of our Retail Manager, meeting and exceeding our customers' shopping experiences, working behind the register, filling and facing shelves, ticketing and merchandising, and wishing customers warm regards.

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service skills and previous Pharmacy or Retail experience
  • Strong product knowledge of cosmetics and fragrance
  • Confidence in recommending and selling products
  • Genuine interest in cosmetics and skincare
  • Professional presentation and image
  • Cash handling and register skills
  • Strong communication skills between all stakeholders
  • Dedicated work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the business
  • Eye for detail and accuracy
  • Have flexible availability through weekdays and weekends
