About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with daily personal activities, community participation, and achieving their individual goals. You will be working in a supportive environment where your efforts truly make a difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Assist clients with community engagement, including attending social, recreational, or cultural activities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Implement care plans and ensure services are delivered according to client needs.
- Document progress and communicate effectively with the Nurturing Supports team.
About You
- Passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives.
- Reliable, empathetic, and respectful of clients' individuality and choices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate.
- Working with children (WWC) check.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Current national police check (less than 6 months old).
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (registered and insured).
- Certificate III in individual support (desirable).
- Manual handling certificate.
- Previous experience in disability support or a related field is highly regarded.

Pay: $43.00 – $77.00 per hour
