As a Salesforce Engineer, you'll design and develop Salesforce applications that support business goals. You'll work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and contribute to continuous improvement in a dynamic, supportive environment.
What You'll Do
- Build custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce
- Work with stakeholders to turn requirements into technical designs
- Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like MuleSoft
- Improve platform performance and automate processes using Flow, Process Builder, and Apex triggers
- Support testing and release activities to ensure stable deployments
- Provide technical support and maintain documentation for knowledge sharing
What You'll Bring
- Experience in Salesforce development (ideally 5+ years) and administration (ideally 2+ years)
- Skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and integration methods
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Developer II and Architect certifications (a plus)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and DevOps practices
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to support others
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business teams
