We're looking for a Salesforce Functional Lead to drive scalable, business-focused platform solutions across a global multi-cloud environment. In this leadership role, you'll guide our Salesforce Admins, embed best practices, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, user-centric enhancements.
Be part of the Salesforce CoE, you'll engage with business stakeholders, guide declarative solution design, and embed admin best practices across the platform. Day to day:
- Engage with users and stakeholders to gather and refine platform needs
- Design and implement configuration solutions using Flows, validation rules, etc.
- Review admin work and provide guidance to maintain platform quality
- Lead triage and assignment of Salesforce support requests
- Collaborate with technical teams on solution planning and deployment
- Coach and upskill admins through pairing, feedback, and best practice sharing
- Maintain documentation, training resources, and release communications
You'll be perfect for the role if you have:
- 5+ years of Salesforce functional experience, including Sales and Service Clouds
- 2+ years leading or mentoring others in a Salesforce context
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow junior team members
- Expertise in declarative configuration (Flows, validation rules, etc.)
- Experience operating in multi-cloud or CoE environments
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
- Advanced Admin or App Builder (preferred)
- Organized, collaborative, and committed to user success and scalable platform design
