Thistles is a unique day program for neurodivergent adults with high support needs. Based in Reservoir, we specialise in person-centred, 1:1 staff ratio support for individuals who may not fit into conventional programs. Our welcoming, structured environment empowers participants to build independence, learn new skills, and engage in meaningful activities—at their own pace and in ways that respect their individuality.

Requirements
• Experience working with people with intellectual disability, autism, or high support needs is welcomed at any level.
