About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our D&C QLD team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support and oversee front desk operations including reception and switchboard. The Administration Officer is responsible for maintaining internal systems, updating all registers, processing purchase and work orders, assisting in the preparation and delivery of tenders, keeping records of all financial and project documentation, as well as coordinating and monitoring staff training and certifications.
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate must have experience in a similar role and ideally come from the construction/building industry. This role requires strong organisational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. Ahrens is seeking a self motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills who is able to work autonomously when required. Valid driver's licence and proficiency in Microsoft Suite are non-negotiable requirements.
