What would you be doing?

This is a key part-time role for someone who loves helping others and supporting a busy accounting team. You'll assist with administrative tasks that ensure our accountants and clients receive seamless support. Your work will include:

  • Assisting accountants with establishing new client structures
  • Onboarding new clients and managing documentation
  • Managing the ASIC & corporate compliance services for our clients
  • Managing client documents, emails, and requests
  • Assisting our Office Administrator with front of house duties such as greeting clients and answering/directing telephone calls
  • Helping maintain structured processes to keep things running smoothly
  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc admin tasks and projects

About You

We're looking for someone who is:-

  • Organised and calm and great with follow-through (even when juggling multiple priorities)
  • Exceptional with attention to detail and takes pride in accuracy
  • Proactive and resourceful — you anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise
  • Comfortable owning tasks and following them through to completion
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • A natural communicator — clear, warm, and professional
  • A dependable team mate who is always willing to lend a hand
  • Caring and considerate, especially when working with others

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years in an admin or reception role
  • Confident with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Neat, professional presentation and confident phone manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A love and appreciation of checklists and structured processes

The Position

  • Hours and days flexible (~15h covering 3 days a week)

  • Pay rate commensurate with experience
