Cut Hill Wall Distillery & Lost Phoenix Spirits are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Casual Cellar Door Attendant & Distillery Hand to join our small, passionate team. This is a hands-on, varied role combining customer service in our cellar door with practical support in our working distillery.

About the Role:

This dual position offers the best of both worlds — sharing our spirits with visitors and helping craft them behind the scenes.

Requirements:

  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
  • Availability for weekend cellar door shifts and mid-week distillery work
  • A friendly, reliable attitude and a willingness to learn

Highly Regarded (but not essential):

  • A passion for craft spirits and distillation
  • Relevant study or experience in hospitality, production, or beverage manufacturing
