Administrator, Barossa Valley Estate

We are seeking a talented Administrator to join our Winery Operations team. Based at our winery and cellar door, set amongst our estate vineyards overlooking the picturesque Barossa Valley, our team craft super premium Barossa red wines from vineyard to bottle, showcasing the very best of this iconic region.
**What you’ll be doing**
Winery Administrator is a diverse role, working closely with our Winery and Vineyard operations teams to deliver administrative support functions across grape supply, winemaking operations and bottling activities. This role forms a key link between our Barossa team and our New Zealand based Supply Chain and Finance teams. and encompasses the following:
- Providing administration support to Winemaking and Viticulture
- Responsible for delivery of EOM and EOFY reconciliation and reporting processes in liaison with our finance team
- Facilitate coordination of bulk wine shipments and export approvals inline with bottling plans
- Lead purchase order, invoicing and goods inwards/outwards processes Be part of an organised team that collaborates, plans and executes with high attention to detail
**What you’ll bring**
- Demonstrated experience in administration or logistics in a demanding medium to large scale operational environment. Experience with export shipping is beneficial.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills with the Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft 365. Experience with EzyWine and MS Dynamics would be beneficial.
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- A high standard of work, demonstrating attention to detail and perseverance
