Client Services Manager

Are you an experienced Client Services professional looking to work closely with the Director of a boutique financial planning firm?

What You'll Be Doing:
- End-to-end implementation of financial advice, including new business and ongoing service
- Manage client workflows, follow-ups, and ensure documentation is complete and compliant
- Prepare client meeting packs and assist with strategy discussions
- Liaise with clients, product providers, and other stakeholders
- Maintain client records in Xplan and ensure adherence to internal and regulatory standards
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in a financial planning client services role
- Proficiency with Xplan and a solid understanding of advice processes
- Strong communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team
- A proactive and positive approach to client service and team culture
