About the opportunity:
This pivotal role offers the opportunity to work across the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders and driving innovation and efficiency through developing and maintaining internal software solutions across NEX Building Group. 

• Build and maintain full stack web applications from initial concept through UI/UX design, development, user testing, deployment, and ongoing updates.

• Provide user support and training to end users of applications

• Investigate stakeholder requirements for applications and deliver tailored solutions.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business requirements

About you:

• Experienced in full stack development - From database to user interface (e.g. C#, JavaScript, HTML, Vue, Svelte) 

• Skilled in SQL database management

• Outstanding attention to detail

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Self-motivated and dedicated to ongoing improvement

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a solutions-focused mindset

• Team player, able to build strong relationships across departments
