Farm Manager
About Us
Anvil Creek is a family-owned operation located on the NSW Mid North Coast, where 4,000 acres of natural beauty, native pastures, creek flats, and cattle country come together in one exceptional property. We are dedicated to breeding top-quality Santa Gertrudis cattle with our Stud and Commercial herds, utilising industry-leading practices and genetics to produce sound, quiet, fertile and productive cattle.
About The Role
This is a unique opportunity to take on a role developing a property undergoing large-scale capital infrastructure and pasture upgrades.
Duties will include but not be limited to:

- Planning and implementing rotational grazing programs.
- Fodder cropping for pasture renovation utilising new and well-maintained machinery.
- Overseeing water infrastructure upgrades with remote tank monitoring systems.
- Stud and Commercial herd building and expansion.
- Leadership, team building and collaboration with staff and contractors.
Responsible for all day-to-day operations, maintenance and coordinating the implementation of the above projects, you will keep sustainability, safety and practicality at the forefront. Communication is key, and you will be well-supported in this role by the owners and consultants.
