The Role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Farm Hand to join our Glen Innes NSW farm team. Reporting to the Farm Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient irrigation of our fresh produce.

Key Responsibilities

General

  • Irrigation duties including, setting up of irrigation, monitoring and delivering irrigation requirements and irrigation equipment maintenance.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Be willing to work flexible hours which may include some nights and weekends

People

  • Work as part of the Farm Team
  • Provide encouragement and a positive influence for all peers
  • Comply with all legislative, environmental, and safety acts as applicable to the state we work in
  • Understand the operations being carried out and the hazards and risks associated with operations

Experience Required:

  • Experience in crop irrigation practices
  • Abily to read and interpret irrigation data
  • Australian manual driver license
