Personal Injury Lawyer position available to join our clients' dynamic Personal Injury law team in stunning brand-new Parramatta office space.

The firm is a 30-staff modern and progressive practice that has achieved high growth since its inception. They are situated in a stunning and spacious Parramatta Tower office.

Benefits and Features offered:

  • $100,000 to $140,000 Salary range | Additional performance bonuses possible.
  • Work from home flexibility offered : 3 WFH days per fortnight.
  • Mixed practice with a broad scope of common law matters
  • Lawyer Professional Development Policy - The firm allocates up to $10,000 annually for tuition and fees related to approved educational programs that align with the legal profession
  • Monthly training sessions, conducted by experts within and outside the firm
  • Full time Paralegal support along with marketing and administration.
  • Mentorship provided by accredited specialists.
About the Role:

The role is flexible and encompasses a mix of common law work . There is a healthy pipeline of work available for a Personal Injury Lawyer including:

  • Common law matters including public liability, MVA, Medical Negligence.
  • Provide mentorship to a team of lawyers.
Skills and experience saught:
  • 2-4 years PAE experience in Common law / Personal Injury Law
  • A demonstrated understanding of personal injury matters and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation, mediation and advocacy skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a fast-paced practice.
  • Down to earth, positive and professional nature in your work manner and style.
