Our client is a fast-growing firm with its head office located in the Blacktown/Parramatta area. They have just secured a stunning new office space in Parramatta. The firm practices personal injury construction, civil litigation, debt recovery, insurance, commercial, strata and property law.

There is a rare position available for a Paralegal to join their top-tier personal injury legal team. It is a collegiate team and they are motivated to grow careers and enjoy success. The position is available for 4-5 days per week and University students who are 1-2 years away from graduating and have existing Personal Injury experience are welcome to apply.

**What you will be focusing on**:

- Drafting statements
- Affidavits
- Submissions to the PIC
- IRO submissions
- Preparation of preliminary investigation letters in PL and Occupiers Liability case

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience as a paralegal with Personal Injury Law experience
- Excellent attention to detail together with strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Well-developed time management skills;
- A willingness to learn, a positive approach and strong initiative.
