Junior Lawyer or Law Graduate – MVA & TPD Claims
Start with structure. Grow with support. Do it properly.

Manage your own Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) and Total & Permanent Disability (TPD) files, supported by a paralegal and secretary. File load capped at 150. You'll be guided with clear examples and context - what we need from you is the ability to absorb and summarise information clearly.

No personal injury experience? No problem. We'll train you properly.

What You'll Do

  • Manage MVA & TPD claims (max 150 files)

  • Draft:
    → Advice letters (examples and "precedents" provided)
    → Statements, instructions, insurer & medical correspondence (examples and "precedents" provided)

  • Move matters through clear milestones: evidence → lodgement → negotiation → resolution

  • Use paperless systems and workflows to stay on track

  • Communicate with clients, doctors, insurers, and the team

  • Use logic – Understand how things fit together and what to do next

  • Write simply – Clients want clarity, not legal jargon

  • Know your audience – Speak in a way that builds trust

  • Stay organised – Use structure to keep control

  • Stay calm – Clear, respectful communication is key
