We are looking for an experienced and reliable A Grade Electrician to join our growing Melbourne-based team. In this role, you will be responsible for all electrical, AC and efficient installation of split/multi head air conditioners, switchboard upgrades, and related work under the VEU program — primarily across domestic sector.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform associated electrical and Air conditioning duties for air conditioners (single/multi-head units, primarily VRF systems) including switchboard upgrades.
• Attend job sites throughout Melbourne.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, safely and efficiently
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site
• Liaise professionally with customers, managers, and team leaders
• Represent Green Source with professionalism and provide exceptional customer service.
• Deliver each job in line with scope, timelines, and program compliance requirements

Your Role:

As an A Grade Electrician at Green Source, you'll be responsible for the Electrical and Air Conditioning works and Install Multi split system air conditioners (single/multi-head units, primarily VRF systems) including switchboard upgrades. For the right candidate, this role can grow into a team leadership position, where you'll help oversee job quality, train junior staff, and manage on-site operations.

Must-Have Licenses/Certifications:

• Current Victorian A Grade Electrical Licence
• Current Victorian Driver's Licence
• ARC Licence
• CEC/Solar Licence ( Is not a must but a Bonus)

What You'll Bring to the Team:

• Own basic hand tools (no heavy tools or machinery required)
• Experience in Electrical work and AC installations preferred (Especially Multi Heads)
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills — written and verbal
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
