EZYAIR is one of the largest independent air conditioning companies in Victoria. We've recently secured a major contract under the Victorian Energy Upgrade (VEU) Program to remove thousands of gas ducted heaters and replace them with fully electric reverse cycle, ducted air conditioners.

We're looking for reliable and motivated Trade Assistants to support our in-house team of Electricians, Refrigeration Mechanics and Plumbers to install of ducted air conditioning systems.

This is more than just a job – it's a career opportunity. You will learn best practices for installing ducted air conditioning systems.

After 1 year as a Trade Assistant, we will offer a pathway into a nationally recognised trade qualification – you can choose to become an Apprentice Electrician, Apprentice Plumber or an Apprentice Refrigeration Mechanic.

What You Need:
  • Your own vehicle to travel to and from our HQ in Burwood, VIC
  • A manual driver's licence (all EZYAIR vehicles are manual)
  • White or Red Card (OHS Induction)
  • Experience in domestic or commercial construction
  • A strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset
  • Able to start immediately or within a short, agreed timeframe
