Glam Adelaide is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join our team in the CBD. This permanent part-time role offers flexibility, stability, and the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic workplace that values efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration.
What you'll do
As our Administration Assistant, you'll play an essential role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to management and staff.
- Maintaining records, handling correspondence, and managing office systems.
- Supporting internal communications, coordinating schedules, meetings, and documentation.
- Upholding client confidentiality and professional standards at all times.
About you
We're looking for someone who brings professionalism, strong attention to detail, and impeccable organisational skills. To be successful, you will have:
- Proven administration or clerical experience.
- Confidence using platforms such as HubSpot, Notion, Outlook, and Xero - or the ability to pick them up quickly.
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, email, online systems).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Reliability and a commitment to working on-site in our Adelaide CBD office.
- BONUS: An interest in automating processes, and investigating opportunities for AI to streamline operations (not necessary for the role but let us know if this interests you)
What we offer
- Permanent part-time position. Ideally 3 days per week (possibly more. Hours negotiable to suit the right candidate).
- Pro rata salary of $55,000 + super (in line with the Clerks Private Sector Award)
- Supportive team culture in a professional CBD office environment.
