We're Feedwell, one of Australia's fastest-growing fresh food catering companies. Every day, our kitchen prepares thousands of meals for clients like Google, Amazon, Canva and Louis Vuitton. We're looking for a Food Production Supervisor who can lead our PM shift with confidence, structure and heart.

This role involves both leadership and hands-on food work. It is not a culinary creativity role. It is a kitchen leadership, coaching and systems role for someone who takes pride in smooth, reliable, high-volume fresh food production.

If these foundations are strong, you will naturally grow into Production Manager within 12 to 18 months.

What You'll Do

Lead the PM production shift of 12 to 20 team members with calm, structure and clarity

Coach team leaders and build capability

Maintain recipe adherence, portion controls, quality checks and hygiene standards

Assist hands-on when needed to guide, support and maintain pace

Coordinate production flow for salads, sandwiches, wraps, bowls, bakery items and catering lines

Work with food development and operations teams to maintain scalable, consistent products

Keep the kitchen organised, efficient and safe every day
