As An Underground Shift Supervisor, You'll Be The Driving Force Behind Daily Operations. You'll Lead Teams, Allocate Resources, And Ensure Safety And Quality Standards Are Met — All While Living Redpath's Motto

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate shift tasks with site leadership
• Allocate machinery and work areas
• Supervise and mentor underground crews
• Ensure compliance with SWIs and mine plans
• Complete shift reports and timesheets
• Champion safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions

Qualifications
What We're Looking For

• NSW Supervisory ticket
• Underground hardrock mining experience
• Relevant licences and certifications
• Manual driver's licence
• Strong work ethic and safety-first mindse
