We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to take charge of delivering high-impact advertising infrastructure projects across airports. A Typical Month in This Role

  • Liaise with airport partners, retail managers, and contractors to confirm access and operational requirements.
  • Oversee installation of OOH advertising assets, AV hardware, and digital signage across multiple sites.
  • Monitor vendor performance, manage contracts, and troubleshoot on-site challenges.
  • Conduct post-installation inspections, quality checks, and generate detailed project reports.
  • Plan and schedule upcoming projects, updating timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, new AV technologies, and best practices in OOH advertising

  • You manage vendors effectively and build strong, lasting relationships.

  • Your reports are clear, detailed, and help inform future improvement.

Your relevant experience in project management will set you up for success. A key foundational skill will be your organisation, communication & stakeholder management abilities. We want to hear from you if you are:

  • A seasoned project manager with 5+ years' experience, ideally in construction, AV/media, or infrastructure.
  • Proven in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Qualified in Business, Project Management, or a related field (or bring equivalent experience).
  • Highly organised, able to multitask, and attentive to every detail.
  • Knowledgeable in OOH media formats, AV systems, and digital signage technologies.
