We are a national cleaning company seeking interest from a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager in our Sunshine Coast, Queensland location.
You will be required to take ownership of the role and take the lead in ensuring that all aspects of the business are met and maintained.
**Responsibilities**:
- Organising and managing our cleaning contracts in the allocated areas ensuring the execution of our cleaning contracts are complied with meeting both our client’s expectations and our service standards;
- Managing between 38 to 48 employees;
- Organising the execution of our cleaning services in accordance with our service standards and the specifications as outlined by the client. This involves compliance with all cleaning specifications issued by Queensland Government Qbuild Sites and locations;
- Selecting suitable staff to complete works to a high standard which meets customer specific and regulatory requirements;
- Complete training for newly engaged staff or staff that have been identified as requiring further training to develop their skill set/or improve their service delivery;
- Supervise staff and provide employment reviews;
- Manage complaints received by customers;
- Develop and implement employee emergency plans;
- Meet KPI’s
- Maintain weekly stock control inventory.
**About you**:
- Minimum Business Diploma Qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the role or related role;
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to manage several projects
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate.
**Salary**: $56,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

Shift availability:
- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (required)
Work Location: One location
