**About the role**
We are seeking a Change Manager to deliver end-to-end change management activities to support our finance and compliance system implementation projects across our organisation. This 6-month maximum term contract (possibility of extension) offers flexible work arrangements based at our Kelvin Grove support centre.
Key activities:
- Develop change approach that support achieving project outcomes.
- Manage the change aspect of projects and guide the integration of change management plans, deliverables and activities into the overall project approach.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis.
- Develop stakeholder engagement and communications approaches and plans to support introducing and embedding the system and process changes.
- Create and support delivery of communications for the relevant stakeholder groups.
- Identify and assess change impacts and potential resistance to change before developing and implementing best practice solutions.
- Develop approach and support delivery of training activities.
- Support multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders through the change process.
- Use existing change management framework, tools and templates.
**We would love to hear from you if you have**
- Strong experience with completing end-to-end change management activities (including developing change strategies, stakeholder analysis, development and delivery of stakeholder engagement and communications, conducting change impact assessments and development and delivery of training activities).
- Significant experience with using Microsoft Office suite of products such as Teams/SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word etc.
- Experience in aged care industry desirable.
- Strong experience with delivering change management activities for system implementation projects in a medium to large organisation.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to collaborate, negotiate and influence at all levels.
