Job Description:

As a Service Advisor at Tropical Auto Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless service experience for our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers and assessing their service needs.
  • Providing accurate and detailed information on recommended services and repairs.
  • Coordinating service appointments and scheduling work orders.
  • Liaising with the service team and technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Managing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Estimating service costs and preparing detailed invoices for customers.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Utilising dealership software systems for service records and customer information management.

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
