We're on the hunt for an experienced Senior Client Success Manager to join the Xtend Client Success team and play a pivotal role in driving deep client relationships with our top performance marketing accounts. This is your chance to work within a talented team and help our customers achieve their business goals through multichannel digital marketing strategy and optimisation.
What You'll Do
As Senior Client Success Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Lead end-to-end implementation and strategy for high-value digital campaigns, ensuring every touchpoint delivers value and aligns with client objectives
Oversee sales order validation, lead strategic onboarding sessions, and coordinate cross-functional campaign fulfilment with precision
Own the client relationship, serving as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for enterprise clients, building trust and ensuring long-term retention
Maintain reporting cadence, communication, and strategic reviews—analysing and presenting performance insights based on platform data, key insights and optimisation recommendations, and ROI narratives tailored to business outcomes
Drive proactive performance management in collaboration with the Xtend Digital Trading team, identifying opportunities for optimisation and risk mitigation early
Design and execute account growth strategies, identifying expansion opportunities and incremental revenue streams through upselling and cross-functional collaboration
Partner closely with internal stakeholders to continuously evolve best practices in enterprise customer management, campaign execution, and cross-team communication
Provide leadership to the broader Client Success team—coaching on digital marketing strategy, client engagement, and effective communication of campaign impact
Support the Client Success Lead in talent development across all team members including onboarding and individual development plans
Champion business process improvement and operational efficiency; contribute market insights that help shape the product roadmap and service evolution
Who are you?
We're looking for someone who brings:
Experience working in a digital marketing agency, with expertise in performance channels such as SEM, Paid Social, and Programmatic, the latter being preferred for our business needs.
Deep knowledge of market trends, competition, and customer needs, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Extensive experience managing complex client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and fostering trust.
Proven ability to develop media strategy, analyse market opportunities, and create compelling proposals
Confidence in delivering persuasive presentations and negotiating favourable terms that benefit both clients and the business. Strong presentation skills is a must, including experience with CMO level and Business Owner audiences.
