We are excited to commence work on a landmark Resort & Waterpark development in the Cairns Northern Beaches and are seeking a talented Senior Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team.

Senior Contract Administrator (Immediate start)

Your New Role

As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of this high-profile project. You'll work across the tender, pre-construction, and construction phases, coordinating documentation, trade packages, compliance, procurement, and financials with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Tender Phase

  • Receive and manage tender packages
  • Issue trade packages and formulate detailed scopes of work
  • Assist in compiling bid documentation and submission materials
  • Evaluate trade tenders and make recommendations
  • Create and present tender programs for internal review

Preconstruction Phase

  • Generate subcontracts, purchase orders and supply agreements
  • Coordinate design documentation and track revisions
  • Manage finish selections and sample approvals
  • Attend and minute design meetings; track action items
  • Assist with revised WH&S plan development

Construction Phase

  • Prepare and distribute site documentation and subcontract packages
  • Verify subcontractor compliance (WH&S, insurances)
  • Manage variations, RFIs, and purchasing logistics
  • Submit progress claims and maintain cash flow
  • Oversee cost control and produce monthly cost reports
  • Ensure drawings are current and distributed to all trades
  • Finalise certification deliverables and handover documentation

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience in contract administration across all project phases
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation and contract processes
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level minimum); experience with document control and project management systems advantageous
  • Proficiency with Procore would be an advantage but not essential
  • Legal right to work in Australia (citizenship or permanent residency)
Site Foreman (Early 2026 start)

Your New Role

As Site Foreman, you will be responsible for the day-to-day site management, ensuring construction is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You'll work closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager and subcontractors to coordinate trades, monitor quality, and drive progress on a fast-paced, high-profile build.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors and trades on-site with clear direction and regular communication
  • Conduct and enforce WH&S compliance
  • Review drawings and specifications to ensure correct construction methods
  • Monitor progress and report regularly to the Site Manager & Project Manager
  • Maintain a clean and well-organised site at all times
  • Identify and resolve issues or delays proactively
  • Ensure all work is completed to company and client standards.
  • Experience on larger scale commercial site with competing multiple work fronts
  • Able to communicate clearly with large sub-contractor teams
  • Able to carry out & organise works independently & contribute to weekly lookahead programs
  • Able to follow instructions, set targets and meet deadlines
  • Sound problem solving abilities and able to carry out works independently
  • Able to Identify or foresee potential risks & compliance issues
  • Exposure & understanding complete project lifecycle "start to finish"
  • Able to Identify high risk activities in construction
  • Construction experience & knowledge in local weather conditions and patterns
  • Able to manage & prioritise site labour teams

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience as a Site Foreman on commercial or large-scale residential projects, structural works experience would be an advantage
  • Strong understanding of building practices, drawings, and WH&S regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate and motivate subcontractors and site teams
  • Construction White Card
  • Driver's licence and own transport
  • Legal right to work and live in Australia permanently
