Your new job includes

We currently have opportunities for passionate Retailers to join our business on a Casual capacity.

You will have the opportunity to represent various Iconic brands across our different categories. As a confident communicator with impeccable people skills, you will build rapport quickly with customers and take the time to understand their needs.

As a Sales Consultant you will

  • Have previous experience in Retail, where you have maximized sales opportunities and demonstrated customer excellence
  • Deliver exceptional customer service experience, being enthusiastic and a strong communicator
  • Able to build rapport with people quickly, taking time to listen and understand what they are looking for with the aim of providing recommendations that suit their needs
  • Have the ability to understand and interact with people from various cultures simultaneously
  • Be a team player that is committed to achieving personal and team goals
  • Strengthening knowledge about product ranges and adhering to visual merchandising standards aligned to the brand.

What you should bring along

  • Previous experience within retail
  • A passion for delivering an exceptional customer service experience
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Multi-lingual advantageous, but not essential
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment
