The Role

As a Breeder Relationship Manager, you'll be the upbeat, go-to contact for our breeder partners. You'll focus on building and nurturing relationships, expanding our network, and representing Knose at breeder-focused events. This is a role where your energy, confidence, and love of pets will shine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build Relationships: Develop strong, lasting connections with breeders.
  • Grow Our Network: Proactively bring new breeder partners into the Knose family.
  • Be Our Event Star: Represent Knose at dog and cat events, building brand presence and fostering partnerships.
  • Support Breeders: Provide guidance, answer questions, and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Share insights, celebrate wins, and support your teammates in a close-knit environment.
  • Stay Tech-Savvy: Use our tools and systems to manage relationships effectively.

What We're Looking For

  • Fun & Energetic: You bring positive energy that makes people enjoy working with you.
  • Confident Communicator: Comfortable on the phone and face-to-face, with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with Breeding (Bonus): Knowledge of dog or cat breeding is an advantage.
  • Tech-Savvy: Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
  • Team Player: Thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment.
  • Flexible & Mobile: Willing to travel to breeder events and meet partners in person.
