ABOUT THE ROLE:

As part of the Tony White Group, Reef City Motorshas a fantastic opening for an enthusiastic, energetic, and well-presented Trainee Motor Vehicle Sales Consultantsto join us in this exciting growth opportunity.

This substantial, multi-franchise Dealership is located in modern, spacious premises in the coastal, Central Queensland city of Gladstone. Prior automotive sales experience will be highly regarded, as is a willingness to commit to a career and a positive, can-do attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinating all activities that are associated with the sale and the delivery of all vehicles you sell
  • Building strong relationships with customers and potential customers
  • Knowing and understanding the sales process, including the value of each step
  • Handling inquiries from sources such as the internet, phone calls, walk in traffic and referral business
  • Achieving Sales and Gross Profit objectives
  • Increase Finance & Insurance penetration and Aftermarket Sales - in line with objectives
  • Understanding and being responsive to customer's needs
  • Some overtime and Saturday morning work required

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A sound understanding of Sales processes and the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Exceptional interpersonal and Customer service skills
  • Sound computer skills with Outlook, Word, and Excel experience
  • Immaculate and professional presentation
  • Driver's Licence essential
