We have an exciting opportunity for a
data-driven professional to join our team and work closely with the National
Supply and Demand Manager. This role plays a key part in maintaining the weekly
production planning schedule, managing SAP orders, and ensuring clear
communication of both forecasted and actual movements to key stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Maintain
    the weekly production and planning schedule.
  • Communicate
    daily forecasts, estimates, and lockdown numbers to key stakeholders.
  • Confirm
    production requirements and manage customer order updates.
  • Manage
    weekly/daily SAP orders, aligning demand with supply.
  • Oversee
    stock management, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Provide
    accurate stock-on-hand reporting (daily and weekly).
  • Share
    supply and order information with the Prepack and Warehouse Team.
  • Communicate
    weekly forecasted closing stock levels to stakeholders.
  • Build
    strong relationships with operations and sales staff to optimise production
    against sales plans.
  • Support
    the National Demand Manager in improving supply and demand forecasts.
  • Promote
    best practice in HS&E, communication, food safety, customer service, and
    continuous improvement.

About You

  • Previous
    experience in production planning and familiarity with SAP systems (highly
    regarded).
  • Intermediate
    to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word (essential).
  • High
    attention to detail and accuracy in data entry (essential).
  • Strong
    communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams.
