**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Working closely with and reporting to the Store Manager, you will be a key member of the Murray Bridge retail store team and will often be the key point of contact with our customers. As such you will need to have a thorough understanding of the products and services provided by Stratco and be willing to participate in regular training relating to Stratco’s products and systems. You will also be expected to lead by example, help grow sales and improve the skills of the retail store team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Leading and participating in training and personal development sessions
- Assisting with the development of rosters and training programmes
- Store merchandising and stock control
- Assisting with general store management activities
- Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies

**ABOUT YOU**
- Dynamic communication skills
- An eye for detail whilst working in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to coach and develop your teams' skills
- The ability to build your customer base and attract and manage trades business
- Proven selling skills
- Strong merchandising skills would be an advantage
- Proven retail management experience
- Willingness to work weekends on a rotating roster
- Commitment to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
