We are seeking a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef who thrives in a high-end, detail-driven kitchen and wants to be part of an ambitious and supportive team.

You'll play a key role in daily service, menu development, prep management, and team mentorship — contributing creatively while maintaining consistency at the highest standard.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage your section with precision and pride.
  • Maintain high culinary and hygiene standards across prep and service.
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu development, testing, and execution.
  • Train and guide junior team members.
  • Ensure efficient service coordination and communication between FOH and BOH.
  • Uphold a clean, organised, and disciplined work environment.

About You

You're a motivated chef who values craftsmanship, consistency, and creativity. You understand that excellence comes from respect for ingredients, teamwork, and discipline.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 3–5+ years of professional kitchen experience, ideally in fine dining.
  • Strong understanding of Italian or European techniques.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and deliver precision at pace.
  • Excellent attention to detail and plating finesse.
  • A desire to grow into a leadership role within a high-performing team.
  • Valid working rights in Australia.
