Our ideal candidates will possess the following skills/qualities:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Chef de Partie
  • Ability to work as a member of a team, ensuring the smooth running of a busy section
  • Expertise through previous A la carte experience in quality restaurants and/or 5 star hotels
  • Challenge driven with a strong passion for continued learning and development
  • A creative flair and eye for detail
  • Strong work ethic, with the ability to deliver exceptional food quality consistently
  • Sound knowledge of kitchen safety standards and sanitary rules
  • Willingness to take direction and contribute to the team's success
