The Alto Group is a family-owned and operated organisation with over 600 employees, which has been serving the motoring needs of Sydney sider's for over 60 Years.

We're about open our brand new state-of-the-art facility in Castle Hill in July 2025. Home to 3 franchise dealerships, this location is expected to open with huge potential for a super-fast start.

We are currently recruiting for our GWM franchise and we're looking for a New Car Sales Consultants. GWM has become somewhat of a mover and shaker, quickly climbing the Australian sales charts. With many new models just launched and more coming there is plenty to get excited about.

As the New Car Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring high levels of customer service

  • Achieving monthly unit targets

  • Working within a close-knit team to achieve business goals

  • Lead management and tracking in our advanced CRM system

  • Managing and delivering strong results against KPI's

  • Contributing to the daily operational needs of the retail showroom

  • Working seamlessly with cross-functional departments

  • Having the drive and will to achieve superior results

The successful applicants will have the following attributes:

  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal

  • Self-disciplined and process driven

  • Energy and enthusiasm for people and the brand

  • High level of computer competency

  • A thorough understanding of 'the road to a sale'

To be successful for this position you will need to have a minimum of 2 years previous experience.

An excellent remuneration package consisting of a retainer, commission and car allowance will be available to the right candidate. There is also the opportunity for career progression within the Alto Group who value growing and developing people from within.
