About Us

We're looking for a Junior Sales Consultant who is confident, outgoing, and ready to learn. No construction or sales experience is required – we'll provide full training. If you have the personality, drive, and willingness to put yourself out there, we can teach you the rest.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Liaising with new and existing leads, guiding them through the sales process.
  • Meeting with homeowners and business owners to understand their vision and explain our services.
  • Attending site visits, networking events, and industry functions to build your profile.
  • Working closely with our in-house team (building designer, estimators, project managers) to deliver great client experiences.
  • Using our CRM daily to track leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain an active sales pipeline.

About You

  • Confident and outgoing – you're comfortable talking to people in person and over the phone.
  • Tech savvy – confident with computers, able to learn and navigate CRM software and online tools independently.
  • Professional in your presentation and communication style.
  • Willing to attend events and network to develop relationships.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Organised and able to follow up with leads promptly.
  • Must have your own vehicle and current driver's licence.
  • No prior construction or sales experience required – just a passion to learn and succeed.
