Girton Grammar School is seeking a motivated HR Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our staff and school. Working across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This generalist role involves a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
- Managing compliance and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Preparing correspondence and assisting with HR documentation.
- Ensuring timely and accurate HR administration throughout the employment lifecycle.
- Collaborating with and assisting payroll to ensure the accuracy of data.
- Work within the school community to foster a positive workplace environment.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or a recognised qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline, combined with relevant work experience, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage own workload, meet deadlines and pay attention to detail.
- Commitment to student wellbeing and child safety, demonstrating an understanding of appropriate behaviours when engaging with children, including children with diverse needs and backgrounds.
- Strong skills in the use of information and communication technologies (ICT), including HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
