Who You Are

  • You hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A seasoned HR generalist with 7+ years' experience, and a proven ability to confidently manage end-to-end HR functions across the full employee lifecycle.
  • A master of Australian employment law and compliance, who proactively solves problems before they escalate.
  • A skilled coach, mentor, and trainer who develops leadership and builds team capability.
  • A versatile communicator who adapts quickly across diverse industries and client cultures.
  • Bold enough to respectfully challenge the status quo and call out anything undermining people and culture.
  • A self-starter who thrives independently but loves being part of a collaborative, values-driven team.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the outsourced HR Manager for a dynamic portfolio of clients, delivering end-to-end HR services both onsite and remotely.
  • Partner closely with business owners and managers to craft practical, tailored HR strategies aligned to their goals.
  • Handle everything from recruitment and onboarding, through performance management, to offboarding with precision and empathy.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Work, NES, Awards, and workplace legislation.
  • Design and deliver training, coaching, and engagement initiatives that truly move the needle on workplace culture and retention.
  • Help grow H2H HR by building client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to continuous improvement of our HR systems and practices.
