Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to follow defined process documentation consistently
  • Sound diagnostic methodology
  • Consistent approach to analysis and problem-solving tasks
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
  • Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures
  • Ability to exercise initiative, aligned with the Mangano IT values

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
