**Job Description Summary**: Great opportunity for a Customer Service to join a global leader in medical device technology. This is a 12-month fixed term contract hybrid opportunity.
- ** Processing Recall service orders, maintaining records, supervising database, Correction of data base, providing phone support, performing office tasks and other similar duties.**:

- ** Booking jobs for recall repair and service.**:

- ** Ensuring vendor purchase orders are processed in timely manner.**:

- ** In-house admin support to workshop supervisor and technicians.**:

- ** Providing level 1 technical support over the phone.**:

- ** Creating quotes and work orders for service contracts.**:

- ** Preparing Service reports and organizing field service visit in consultation with Service Manager and project manager.**:

- ** Order, transfer and maintain stock levels.**:

- ** Develop strong relationships with all functions at BD ANZ to ensure delivery of an outstanding customer experience and provide support across all functions when needed**:
**Job Requirements**:

- ** SAP/CRM Administration including continual improvement in processes and data management.**:

- ** Strong administration and coordination experience, ideally in Medical Devices industry**:

- ** Online software support.**:

- ** Provide client support for automation products.**:

- ** Anticipate and identify customer needs including client and pharmacy representatives.**:

- ** Experience in customer service or related field**:

- ** Solid skills in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and ERP Systems.**:
