We're looking for team members to join our amazing Customer Service team on a full-time basis.

This position is responsible for handing different types of transactions with Customer Service are and providing accurate and timely advice in response to a broad range of customer enquiries across multiple channels.

Applicants must demonstrate the following:

  • Solid customer service experience, preferably in busy environment
  • A positive and proactive attitude with the ability to pick up new information and follow established procedure.
  • A professional and courteous approach, displaying genuine care and empathy most of all we are looking for a candidate with the right attitude and outlook

If you have experience in a busy customer service or an administration environment and have great people skills, we want to hear from you
