YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Security Consultant (SOC Modernisation Consulting), you'll lead the delivery of SOC modernisation and transformation programs helping clients build and optimise modern, high-performing Security Operations Centres.

You'll:

• Advise customers on SOC transformation strategy and implementation.
• Configure and optimise SIEM solutions to enable advanced threat detection and data visibility.
• Collaborate with Thales consultants, partners, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Partner with executives to design tailored, effective security solutions.
• Maintain and grow certifications across Google SecOps, Splunk, and Microsoft Sentinel.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Proven experience with Splunk ES, Microsoft Sentinel, or Google SecOps.
• Strong background in security use case development and DevOps practices.

• Working knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Scripting or programming experience, ideal

• Data engineering or analytics background
• Knowledge of containerisation (e.g. Kubernetes)
• Relevant security certifications (e.g. CISSP)
