**Role Description**

elttam is looking for a Principal Security Consultant located in or willing to relocate to Melbourne, Victoria. This is primarily a remote position, with occasional short-term on-site requirements.

This position is responsible for performing security auditing and adversarial simulation services for our clients in a principal capacity, as well as producing and delivering high-quality reports detailing and explaining security findings, outcomes, and recommendations.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**

As a Principal Security Consultant at elttam, you will:

- Perform security auditing and adversarial simulation services for our clients.
- Write comprehensive technical reports detailing and explaining security findings, outcomes, and recommendations.
- Attend and participate in meetings with our clients, including presenting and discussing security findings.
- Contribute to internal research, engineering, and business development activities.

**Qualifications**

**Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrated experience working as a Security Consultant in at least a senior capacity.
- Experience working with clients in various industries, including aviation, automotive, medical, and defense.
- Skills to conduct security-focused source code, network, and design reviews.
- R&D skills to contribute to internal tooling and vulnerability research projects.
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.
- Experience performing embedded device assessments and/or adversarial simulation-style assessments (e.g., red/purple teaming).
