Challenger Security is hiring qualified and experienced Full-Time Security Team Leader for a high end fashion boutique in South-East Melbourne, who shares our commitment to a rewarding career. **Your Role: Security Team Leader**

As a Security Team Leader with Challenger Security, you will:

- ** Lead a small security team**: oversee that day to day operations and service delivery requirements
- ** Be the Face of Luxury**: Make customers feel safe and welcome and be part of their superior shopping experience.
- ** Safety First**: Maintain a secure environment for both staff and customers, ensuring their well-being.
- ** Vigilant Monitoring**: Keep a watchful eye on retail operations, deter any suspicious activities, and respond promptly to incidents.
- ** Informative Reporting**: Provide detailed insights to senior management regarding potential and actual threats to the business.
- ** Team Player**: Collaborate within a highly successful team environment.

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you should possess:

- Minimum 1 year as a team leader / supervisor
- Current VIC Private Security Individual Licence (Crowd Controller and Security Guard).
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates.
- Police Check (Issued within the last 60 days).
- Impeccable Presentation and Grooming Standards.
- Strong communication and Report-Writing Skills.
- Physical fitness to fulfill duties / able to stand for long periods.
- A Friendly and Welcoming Customer Focused Attitude with Strong Observational Skills.
