About the Role

Due to our expanding business with Jobe Watersports ), across both B2B and B2C, our young and dynamic GM is looking for a dynamic, hands-on business partner that can support him in his day to day role so he can further focus on retail expansion and spend some time looking after his growing family.

The role offered will be flexible to adapt to the needs of the person and the business, most likely about 3 to 4 half-days a week. This is a great opportunity to work in a young, dynamic and passionate business in an exciting industry. Potential opportunities for further responsibility with growth.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Administration and Sales support duties
  • Data entry
  • General office duties and banking
  • Managing some telephone calls and emails
  • General filing and management support

We are looking for the following qualities:

  • Motivated and positive, pragmatic person
  • Attention to detail with "can do" approach
  • Excellent phone, email and written communication skills
  • Previous administration experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Xero and Sync Inventory Management viewed as an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
