About the Role:

Tynan Motors currently has a vacancy for an efficient individual to join our team as the Quotes and Pricing Administrator. This role provides excellent exposure to the entire Fleet team and provides an opportunity for the right individual to develop a lifelong career.

This role would suit either an experienced administrator or entry level candidate

This position is full time - Monday to Friday, based in Sutherland.

Job tasks and responsibilities:
  • Completing leasing company and customer quote requests in a timely manner
  • Liaising with leasing companies to ensure customer needs are met
  • Signing off on correctly calculated quotes
  • Assisting with various leasing company tenders
  • Assisting with writing up orders and contracts
  • Overall assisting our fleet team with administrative duties
Skills and experience:
  • Intermediate data entry skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to perform to a high standard
