About The Role
The
Group Integrity Investigations Lead, Australia
is a part of our global leadership team. The role leads a team of insider crime investigators, providing support and guidance to ensure that the team delivers best practice, impartial and fair workplace investigations.

Role Location: Melbourne, VIC
What will your day look like?**
- Supporting, leading and coaching a team of insider crime investigators on matters of investigations best practice; guiding investigators on matters of procedural and substantive fairness in complex investigations including, for example, gathering, testing and weighting evidence, investigations' scope and forensic enquiry and making factual findings articulated in well written reports
- Identifying training needs and developing technical SME in the team, to ensure that high quality and sound investigations are delivered which support appropriate employment consequences
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our key internal stakeholders, being a trusted advisor on internal fraud governance and investigation process
- Identifying systemic and thematic internal fraud trends and delivering insights in management reporting
- Supporting the delivery of the internal fraud RTO and enterprise internal fraud governance program, working with the GI internal fraud governance lead
- Identify and deliver operational excellence through continuous improvement, with demonstrable uplift in effectiveness and culture
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Extensive workplace investigations experience including a demonstrated understanding of the baseline legal (procedural and substantive fairness) requirements and deep experience in the conduct of those investigations, preferably with experience investigating workplace fraud, theft and insider crime
- Leading, coaching for uplift and people development, ideally of workplace investigators
- Sophisticated verbal and written communication skills
- Planning, prioritisation and delivery (ideally, of a team)
- Relationship management and influencing
- Using data to create meaningful actionable insights
- Critical thinking, problem solving
