Lead Investigator

We are seeking Lead Investigators to join our Law and Compliance team to lead and shape high-quality investigative outcomes.
As a
Lead Investigator
, you will be responsible for providing specialist advice on complex investigation matters to team members, including those involving significant breaches of the Tax Agent Services Act. You'll exercise a high degree of independence in conducting investigations and will lead inquiries into high profile, sensitive and strategic matters of significant complexity.
You will ensure investigations are aligned with compliance objectives and organisational priorities, contributing to a consistent, risk-based approach that support strategic outcomes. You'll also contribute to strategic planning and operational improvements within the investigations function.
These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in
Adelaide, Box Hill (VIC), Brisbane CBD, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Newcastle, Parramatta or Sydney CBD.
